Dziubynilka agritourism farm

Lemko Educational Farm at the agritourism farm "Dziubynilka" in Gładyszów. It is a reconstruction of the traditional Lemko architecture, consisting of a chyzy, granaries, original wind mills, a single well with a crane and a treadmill. It offers classes for children, adolescents and adults in the field of flax processing, Lemko cuisine, making spoons and shingles, and many others.

The agritourism farm "DZIUBYNIŁKA" is located in the beautiful town of Gładyszów in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship. The village is situated in the Low Beskids, in the commune of Uście Gorlickie, 22 km from Gorlice and 9 km from the border with Slovakia, away from transit routes, big cities and industry. The picturesque landscape of the village and its vicinity is created by mountains (600 - 1000 m above sea level, Magura Małastowska 813 m above sea level), covered with mixed forests and vast natural meadows. A clean, unpolluted environment is conducive to the development of organic farms.

In addition to several rooms (rooms for 2-4 persons with access to a bathroom for a total of 14 people), the farm offers organic food products: bread, milk and its products, eggs, vegetables, potatoes, spelled flour, pickled and pickled red pine mushrooms and other preserves. You can buy food directly from the producer and take home with you with your memories. The facility has wireless internet access.

On special request, it is possible to prepare Lemko regional dishes: oplacky, butter, zamiszku, knifes, adzymku, perohy z miatom, hunky, yashnycia with koprywom.

You can go to the surrounding forests to pick mushrooms, mainly red pine mushrooms, which have been pouring out since early autumn.

The hosts will provide tips on where to collect them, and will provide an additional kitchen where you can make preserves. Those interested, especially in the taste of pickled mushrooms, can receive a recipe for this old, traditional way of preserving them. If possible, it is possible to purchase mushrooms or their preserves from the hosts.
