The Jewish Museum Cottage in Zyndranowa

In addition to the main open-air museum in Zyndranowa, there is a Jewish museum hut with numerous historic Judaica.

Cottages Jewish Museum is the home of a Jewish family Zalman, residing in Zyndranowa above. Destroyed and abandoned cottage and was renovated in 1994. After the renovation was opened in the museum In this museum shows how they lived and Jews lived in this area and how to pray. The cottage is located outside the open-air museum in Zyndranowa, near the church of St. Nicholas and formally belongs to the Museum of Lemko Culture. A monument commemorating the murdered Jews of Zyndranowa and the surrounding area during World War II was erected next to the cottage. Inside the hut museum created quite a dispute and the exposure of Judaica, or religious objects and other things they used Jewish residents of these areas every day and on holidays.

The sponsor, Samuel Oliner, took part in the ceremonial opening of the exhibition of Judaica gathered in this museum building and related to the region. As it turns out, he is the only Jew from Zyndranowa who survived the turmoil of the war. He currently lives in the USA. Around the museum hut, broken matzevot were laid, which were desecrated during World War II by making squares and road routes.
