In Smolnik (Komańcza commune), behind the first bridge over the Osława River, on the left, there is a 130-year-old Lemko village where you can buy preserves made according to local regulations. This place is called "Bieszczadzkie Tastes".

The history of this place began in 2010, when Wiesia and Bogdan Ablewski, tired of the city life, decided to start a new chapter in their lives and move to the Bieszczady Mountains. They were captivated by the old Lemko chyża and decided to breathe a little new life into it, creating a magical place where you can look, listen to the stories told by Bogdan and taste the products and preserves made here by the owners, based on natural products. Three types of sourdough bread are baked on the farm - "Śpiewany", "Biały" and "Żytni". In the clean meadows of the Bieszczady Mountains, fresh plants are harvested, which are the raw material for fresh cold-pressed juices, syrups, honey, jams and jam. The hosts recommend eating the bread baked here with garlic butter and wild garlic. You can also be tempted by smoked meats smelling of natural smoke from Bogdan's home smokehouse. We will also get here various types of curd and rennet ripening cheeses made from milk from local cows.

Recently, a series of sensational tinctures and regional distillates has appeared.

The hosts cordially invite you and guarantee that you will not run out of their specialties.
