Church of St. Onuphrius in Wisłok Wielki

It is a former Greek Catholic church located in the town of Wisłok Wielki, built in the years 1850 - 1853, and consecrated in 1854.

The temple has a log structure, on a stone foundation, apparently divided and oriented. Two sacristies adjoin the smaller, three-sided chancel. The women's gallery is equal to the width of the nave, with a four-sided tower built over, a column-frame structure with straight walls. A single-ridge gable roof with a second and third towers over the nave and the sanctuary. Towers topped with spherical cupolas and apparent lanterns. The outer walls are vertically boarded.

In 1948, the church was taken over by the Roman Catholic Church. At the beginning it served as a branch church of the parish in Komańcza, and in 1989 it began to act as the parish church of the parish of St. Onufry in Wisłok Wielki.

In 1902, the temple was renovated, and the shingled roof was replaced by sheet metal.

It was renewed and renovated in 1969 and in the 1980s, when the polychrome walls, the nave ceiling and the women's gallery were repainted.

In another renovation in 2002–2003 , the shingled roof and three turrets were restored, the electrical system was repaired and the floor was replaced. Since 2002, in the tower and in the attic of the temple there is a mini-museum of church art.

In the vicinity of the church, there is a free-standing brick belfry-gate, which also serves as the entrance gate to the temple area. Built on a square plan, two-storey with a tented roof and a dome similar in form to those crowning the church building.

The temple was included in the Subcarpathian Wooden Architecture Trail.
