The wooden Greek Catholic church in Hrabova Roztoka was built in the middle of the 18th century. It was dedicated to one of the most important eastern saints, St. Basil the Great.

The church is three-part, two-tower with two crosses. The structure of the temple is log structure, and the structure of the tower is pillared. It is covered with shingles arranged vertically in horizontal stripes. At the front of the building there is a tower lined with tiles. It is covered with a sloping roof on which a bulbous bulb is seated. There is a three-armed cross at the top. There are three bells in the tower - one from an unknown year, two from 1796. There is a second turret above the presbytery, rising from the roof. The roof and the bulbs are shingled. There is a three-armed cross at the top.

The iconostasis dates from 1794. It has a four-level structure. The first, main series includes the icons of St. Bishop Nicholas, Mother of God, Christ the Teacher and the icon of St. Basil the Great. The second row is the icon of the Last Supper. The third row has the icon of Christ the High Priest in the center. The fourth row consists of six medallions with pairs of figures. Due to the lack of space, they are sloping and difficult to read. The top of the iconostasis is closed by a cross.

In 2003, five icons were stolen from the temple. They are still kept outside the temple.

An interesting fact is that the original appearance of the church and the iconostasis from the time of its creation have been preserved.
