Mount Liwocz

The Liwocz Mountain is the highest hill in the Ciężkowice Foothills, located in the town of Brzyska. The name Liwocz could have been brought from Slovakia. The mountain is covered with mixed forest with a predominance of coniferous forest and Carpathian beech forest. The viewing platform at its top offers a view of the Wisłoka valley and the city of Jasło.

Two tourist routes lead to Liwocz
green - green tourist trail, Jabłonica - Liwcz (↑ 1.30 hours, ↓ 1.05 hours),
yellow - yellow tourist trail Kołaczyce - Liwocz - Brzanka - Siedliska (from Kołaczyce ↑ 2.15 hours, ↓ 1.55 hours).
On the top and slopes of Liwocz there are, among others: a viewing platform - when the visibility is good, you can see the Tatra Mountains, Babia Góra, Bieszczady and Świętokrzyskie Mountains, Liwocz nature reserve, stations of the Cross, a large cross on the platform (illuminated at night), statue of John Paul II, figures of Jesus hung on the tower, old oak (destroyed during the construction of the viewing platform), the Sanctuary of Christ's Cross and Our Lady, Queen of Peace in Liwocz, year-round nativity scene, sulfur water spring, Hermit Stone.
