Regional inn Gościnna Chata in Wysowa

Karczma Regionalna "Gościnna Chata" was established in 2001, is located in the lower part of the village of Wysowa-Zdrój, on the western side of the road from Uście Gorlickie.

The inn is stylized as a former Lemko hut, with an old wood-fired oven (in which bread is baked and cold meats are smoked), historic exhibits, as well as old tools and agricultural equipment. The inn is surrounded by wooden sculptures and fruit trees. In 2010, the inn was expanded by two rooms: in the style of a manor house and an old wine bar. The inn usually resounds with Lemko music, including Lemko folklore, performed by the local band "Serencza", whose CDs can be purchased during a visit to Gościnna Chata.

The menu of the restaurant menu is based on original recipes passed down from generation to generation. These are dishes of the Lemko and Pogórze cuisine. All dishes are prepared fresh.

They contain products prepared in the Tavern, e.g. sauerkraut, pickled cucumbers, pickles, jam. Only natural spices and herbs are used here. Guests are served bread baked in the inn, and cheese, cream and butter come from local farms.

Hotel Gościnna Chata offers 13 comfortable, large rooms, also with the possibility of extra beds (up to 45 places), with full sanitary facilities. The furnishings of the rooms are dominated by wood, referring to the style of the regional inn. There is a large veranda in front of the hotel entrance where you can relax in the fresh air.

One of the rooms is adapted to the stay of disabled people, there is an elevator in the building.
